Some days feel like a breakthrough. Other days feel like burnout.

And as much as I love what I do, I’ve had to learn that consistency doesn’t always come from motivation. Sometimes, it comes from commitment. From choosing to show up even when the emotions aren’t there to carry you.

There are moments where I’ve felt overwhelmed, underqualified, and stretched thin. But I’ve also experienced moments where I was reminded just how deeply supported I am—and how important it is to reach for that support.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this: you don’t have to carry it all alone.

Build a team. Call your people. Ask for help.

Whether it’s a friend, a mentor, a family member, or another entrepreneur who gets it, lean on them. Not just when things fall apart, but before they do. Don’t wait until you burn out to ask for backup.

And most importantly, be kind to yourself.

You may feel inadequate, but that doesn’t make it true. You may feel like a failure, but that’s not your identity. What God says about you is what matters most.

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord.“Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” – Jeremiah 29:11

Sometimes we do feel forsaken. But a good friend once reminded me: He never left. He was always there.

So don’t isolate yourself. Don’t let your emotions decide your direction. Stay grounded. Stay covered. Stay focused because joy is still coming in the morning.

Love,

Lady B.
